The Sound Circle Center (SCC) Board of Trustees is a group with strong connections to Waldorf Education and Anthroposophy. It has included, over time, Waldorf School graduates; teachers, parents, board members and administrative personnel from Waldorf Schools; and SCC faculty members and teacher training program graduates. Members serve for three-year terms, often serving more than one term.
SCC's Board has several standing committees which report to it, or to the Board and Core Faculty jointly: the Administrative Group, the Development Committee, and the Collaborative Activities Committee. The Administrative Coordinator reports jointly to the Board and the Core Faculty. Legal and fiduciary responsibility rests with the Board, while responsibility for program planning and evaluations of program and personnel are jointly shared by the Board and Faculty.
