Fiona Gold

Fiona Gold RN, BA, CST

Fiona Gold has worked in British Columbia and the Yukon for the last 22 years as a Registered Nurse, Rhythmical Massage therapist and Craniosacral therapist. Since 1996 she has worked with British Columbia’s Centre for Disease Control, Street Nurse Program in HIV/STI prevention. From 2000 to 2003 she worked together with many other community members/activists to realize INSITE North America’s first supervised injection site. From 2005 to 2008 she was the project coordinator for the award winning DVD Bevel Up, Drugs, Users and Outreach Nursing, presently being used in projects in Russia and the Ukraine. Fiona also works as a Craniosacral therapist in a 100 bed addiction and mental health treatment facility in Vancouver and is excited about the use of complementary therapies in the trauma and addictions field. She recently completed Sound Circle’s Foundation Year program. She drives an old red truck, is fond of the Irish and keeps bees.
