Nancy Blanning

Nancy Blanning has been involved in Waldorf early childhood education for nearly 30 years as lead kindergarten teacher and then educational support teacher at the Denver Waldorf School for the past eleven years. Her particular interest is exploring how playful, imaginative movement supports healthy development for young children. She and colleague, Laurie Clark, are authors of "Movement Journeys and Circle Adventures", a developmental movement resource for teachers. Nancy also travels widely as consultant, mentor, lecturer, and teacher trainer within Waldorf education and is privileged to serve on the Waldorf Early Childhood Association (WECAN) board.
